Alexander J. Gorman

With 20 years of Chemical Engineering experience and a strong background in all areas of fluid process design, including membrane separation technology in the food & beverage, dairy, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries, Alex’s experience is as broad as it is deep.

As the former global technical lead for all membrane process electrodialysis applications at GE, Alex has lead $5-10MM capital equipment projects from cradle to grave, including rapid R&D, scale-up, scale-down, process and controls design, budgeting, sourcing, procurement, commissioning and long-term technical support.

With a strong knowledge of fluid dynamics and process system design, Alex is adept at developing P&IDs, 3D models, and control logic for process systems and has the ability to read, interpret, and modify PLC programs.

Alex specializes in troubleshooting and process improvement for all types of processes and equipment - not limited to fluid processing - especially in novel applications that lack clear problem statements and solutions.
